With physicians who are board certified in family Practice and Internal Medicine, UMA provides comprehensive medical care for family members of all ages -- from newborn infants to the elderly. As your primary care physicians, we can refer you to any specialists required to treat your condition, while monitoring your care from a central perspective.
Insurance
We honor insurance from many providers, including Medcost, United Health, Aetna, Medicare, and Medicaid. As a courtesy to you, our insurance staff will submit your claim to your insurance company for processing. This will allow prompt and efficient processing of your claim
Whenever you come to our offices, please remember to bring your insurance card and carrier information with you. Also, make sure you are aware of the benefits provided by your insurance carrier concerning physicals, preventative health, laboratory and radiology services, so we can provide the best care under your covered plan.
Payment
In addition to insurance, we accept payment by cash, check, MasterCard and Visa 
. Co-pays and co-insurance payments are greatly appreciated at the time of your office visit.
Web Access
Our office uses electronic medical records to help provide your care. If you choose, you may communicate with our office securely over the internet by using myUMA. As a myUMA user, you will be given a secure password that will allow you confidential access to some of your private medical documents. such as:
- lab reports
- radiology reports
- billing statements
Non-urgent appointments can also be made by accessing myUMA. Once you schedule your appointment online, we will contact you by phone to confirm the date and time.
