Veterans Administration
We have several veterans on our staff who take a special interest in making sure all veterans services are done a special way. We assist in preparing the documents for veterans and their families to receive their due benefits. These benefits include burial and interment plot allowances, grave markers and a flag with which to drape the casket during services.

Recently the United States Congress passed legislation that requires the applicable service branch to furnish service personnel to fold the flag and to play "Taps" for the graveside service. Two of our staff members made three trips to Washington, DC to lobby for this legislation with South Carolina's Senators and Congressmen. These new service offerings are in addition to Full Military Honors.

Social Security
As a normal practice, we handle all Social Security forms we are allowed to complete. As a further aid to families, our funeral directors will provide guidance in applying for benefits.
